How can I reduce my body weight, and more importantly, reduce my abdominal?
How can I reduce my body weight, and more importantly, reduce my abdominal fat?
There are a lot of solutions or diets but it all depends on the people because some solutions do not necessarily work on everyone, I have lost a lot of weight by dieting my way but is it the right one for you? don't know because not everyone is receptive to the same pain.
At first I ate only one meal a day but it was a habit because I had really shifted work schedules and once the meal time was over I was no longer used to eating, the day my meal lunch was a latte and hop I went back to work and I was up all day I do not work in an office so it also helps, in the evening I ate everything but no dairy product or bread only vegetables and I I started doing a lot of sports, running, abs, step etc…. 2 hours a day and I took about 1 year to lose and have a much thinner figure but it's been 4 years and I have not regained weight even by reducing sport and being less careful and eating again at noon with the children during my maternity leave.
But everyone has their own system for losing weight, you will find yours, but after that it is also willpower and a lot of willpower.
Good luck to you.
Belly fat is now considered public enemy number 1. Except you can't decide to lose belly fat, you can only lose fat where your body feels it needs to be taken.
The first thing to do is empty the intestine. This is done by drinking specific herbal teas, but I prefer castor oil or magnesium sulfate. For a gentle elimination, make a 15-day cure of basil seeds or chia seeds that you will take in a glass of water, followed by a second glass of clear water. This will allow you to have a bowel movement and then you will know how much abdominal fat is and how much gut is full.
The second thing is to gradually change your diet by adding one, then two, then three, etc. daily portion of fruit or vegetables. Don't force yourself, go at your own pace.
The third thing is to change the rhythm of the diet, by waiting 4 hours between meals or / and not eating beyond supper and that until lunch, thus leaving between 10 and 16 hours of rest for your body. During this period, the body will draw on fat to continue to function, as well as cells in poor condition. This is called autophagy and it helps rid the body of a lot of wastes that are in our body. It gives us energy and enthusiasm while reducing our appetite.
Finally, massaging your stomach for five minutes every morning and every evening (quietly in bed) helps massively to improve transit and also to stimulate the use of local fats.
Good luck and good health!
