Not sure about the range of options in other countries but we got vaccines from 2 different companies. One from Pfizer and the other one from some company in China. 

The government is encouraging everyone to use the Chinese vaccine as they claim it to be more effective and safer. I didn't get into the technicalities but I think I'll wait a couple more weeks to see how it goes. The feedback for the Chinese vaccine has been pretty positive so far.

I would not choose AstraZeneca because different countrys stopped using it due to the extreme side effects for younger people.
Biontech(Pfizer) was the first one and is the most used since now. It has less side effects than others from today's level of knowledge. Noone can really recommend the "perfect" or "right" one, because every vaccine has another effect to different people. If you really want to get vaccined as a young healthy person you should go with the common knowns which are working fine for most people. If you are still unsure what to do, best option is to get to a doctor.
