As much as your vet is recommending. If you give your animal medicine always consider a vet. They are the only ones who can give the right answer to this question. Its irresponsible to give your dog doses which are not in consultation with a doctor/vet. You can harm your dog if you just give it too much of benadryl. The vet has to know the race, weight etc.
I would not choose AstraZeneca because different countrys stopped using it due to the extreme side effects for younger people.Biontech(Pfizer) was the first one and is the most used since now. It has less side effects than others from today's level of knowledge. Noone can really recommend the "perfect" or "right" one, because every vaccine has another effect to different people. If you really want to get vaccined as a young healthy person you should go with the common knowns which are working fine for most people. If you are still unsure what to do, best option is to get to a doctor.
